Refund Policy
How to Return an Item
We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of them. A full refund, will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
All sales final on customized products including but not limited to Badges, Insignia, and Screen Printed/Embroidered products.
Packaging must be returned intact and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like as a replacement.
